Outbound / Call Termination (CTS)

To setup a connection between your device or switch to the @voice platform, you will need to connect to our SIP Gateway. Please use this domain - sip3.atomcomm.com to connect. If for some reason, your device or switch do not support domain names, you can also use the IP address -

This connection will be similar for both type's of connectivity - SIP Endpoint and SIP Trunks.

Inbound / Call Origination

If you are purchasing DID's from the @voice platform, we will deliver all calls to the DID to an assigned trunk. When we send the calls for the DID to your trunk, we will be using this IP address - You may need to configure this on your switch/device as well as your firewall to ensure proper delivery.
