Summary reports offer a great quick look at how all your calls, or for a specific account performed within a given timeframe. By providing a start date and time as well as and end date and time, the platform will provide you the total number of calls during that period together with other key stats, such as:-
Total Calls - The total number of attempted calls made
Billable Calls - The number of calls that have a charge
Call Duration - The total call duration of your connected calls
ACD(Mins) - The Average Call Duration of your calls
ASR (%) - The Average Seizure Ratio of your calls. This is the percentage of connected calls versus calls that was not connected.
Total Cost - The total cost of all the connected calls
From the filter, you can also filter the calls from specific Accounts or all Accounts.
