If you are unable to find for a number and would like to request for a different number, you can perform the request directly within the @voice portal over at the 'New Number' section.
If you would like to request for a Geographical number type, just input the Region and city you would like to have and the quantity of numbers that you would like. For all number type, just input the quantity of numbers you would like to request for.
You will then be prompted to enter any specific remarks for the request. This is to provide our provisioning team with as much information as possible so that we can try and get the number you would like. Please be aware that the more specific you are with a number, the longer it may take to get the number - and the possibility of not getting such a number is higher.
Before completing the request, you will need to assign the Account and Connection that this request will land on.
Once your request has been submitted, you can continue to monitor the progress from the 'Pending Request' screen. If we need to clarify with you on something, we will drop you an email to seek clarification.
This process can take anywhere between 1 - 5 business days.
